with the appeal and quality that Buyers want, but don't often get. I
work closely with my Seller-clients by listening to their goals then
putting my experience to work with aggressive marketing, staging
suggestions, resource referrals and my escrow coordination & marketing
assistants - helping Sellers achieve those goals, including getting the
best price for their property.
Blue Ribbon Service
for Buyers means understanding what you, my Buyer-clients want, then
providing you with the resources needed to get there. I help you locate
the property then coordinate a team of highly qualified professionals
in financing, escrow, title, inspection and all the other aspects
involved in a successful real estate purchase - all working for you to
make that dream come true.
Knowing how to work
with others and who to go to are key to successful real estate
transactions. In addition to being a member of BAREIS (Bay Area Real
Estate Information Services) MLS, which covers Mendocino, Sonoma, Marin
and other northern Bay Area locations - I have served as President of
the Mendocino County MLS and on the board of the Chamber of Commerce. I
also enjoy cooperative working relationships with area real estate
agents, lenders, escrow & title companies, city & county officials and
area builders.
I have strong
negotiating skills and marketing experience, and have enjoyed
volunteering as President (and occasionally as a director & designer)
for the local community theater, with the
library, the
Willits
Economic Localization group (WELL), Willits Green Mapping Committee
and other community service groups.
I live on rural
acreage and am familiar with the concerns and processes of country
living. I also write the Real Estate column for
The Willits News.
